Signs you may need rodent control
- Droppings in cabinets, drawers, behind appliances or along walls
- Scratching or scurrying in walls and ceilings, especially at night
- Chewed food packaging, insulation or wiring
- Greasy rub marks along baseboards and entry gaps
- Burrows near the foundation, sheds, decks or garages
What causes the problem
As temperatures drop, rodents look for warm shelter and steady food. A mouse can squeeze through a gap about the size of a dime, so garage doors, utility lines, foundation cracks and vents are all common entry points.
Why professional treatment matters
Rodents breed quickly and contaminate food and surfaces. Traps from the hardware store rarely solve an established problem because the entry points remain open. A professional inspection pairs removal with ongoing monitoring.
Our treatment approach
- Interior and exterior inspection to locate activity and entry points
- Tamper-resistant exterior bait stations around the home
- Interior trap and monitoring placements in attics, basements and garages
- Written guidance on sealing entry points we identify
- Station checks and service on each scheduled visit
What to expect
Most homes are protected on our annual service agreement: an initial service, then four quarterly services starting 30 days later to break the egg cycle, with free reservice if pests return between visits.
Prevention tips
- Store pet food, birdseed and grass seed in sealed containers
- Keep firewood and debris away from the house
- Fix gaps under garage doors and around utility lines
- Trim shrubs and vines that touch the house

Rodent Control FAQs
How fast can you get rid of mice?
Most homes see a sharp drop in activity within the first one to two weeks. Monitoring continues on each visit, and reservice is free if activity returns.
Do you treat for rats as well as mice?
Yes. Rats and mice need different placements and baits, and our program covers both.
